Brad McDowell is the founder/owner of SITREP Inspections LLC, established in 2025, Florida Licensed, Certified Professional Inspector.
Still currently serving as an Army explosive ordnance disposal technician where he has trained for 15 years identifying subtle details to locate explosive hazards. Now he uses those same skills to deliver thorough inspections for hard working Americans that deserve to know the condition of their real estate investment. He is committed to each client as if their lives depend on it, because it does!
What's a SITREP?
Short for Situation Report, is a concise, standardized update on the current status of operations, personnel, equipment, and threats, providing commanders with critical information for decision-making. It's used in tactical environments to share key details about an incident or ongoing mission, covering unit status, enemy situation, actions taken, and upcoming plans. Likewise, our clients recieve the same level of professional reports for their upcoming plans.
