Brad McDowell operates and owns SITREP Inspections LLC, established in 2025, Florida Licensed, & an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector.
Still currently serving as an Army explosive ordnance disposal technician where he has trained for 15 years identifying subtle details to locate explosive hazards. Now he uses those same instincts to deliver thorough inspections for hard working Americans that deserve to know the condition of their real estate investment. I pride myself of upholding the highest standard for keeping my clients in the know about their next home. Transparency is utmost in my mind as well as the trust of those I serve.
What's a SITREP?
Short for Situation Report, is a concise, standardized update on the current status of operations, personnel, equipment, and threats, providing commanders with critical information for decision-making. It's used in tactical environments to share key details about an incident or ongoing mission, covering unit status, enemy situation, actions taken, and upcoming plans. Likewise, our clients recieve the same level of professional reports for their upcoming plans.
